Scan RetraBurn's Supplement Facts panel and one line stands apart from the rest: Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate), 7mcg, 20% Daily Value. Every other ingredient on the label shares a single combined weight instead.
Chromium has an established Daily Value and a well-documented role in carbohydrate metabolism, which makes it straightforward to label individually. The 21 botanical extracts and amino acids around it don't have the same standardized single-nutrient labeling convention, which is likely part of why they're folded into one proprietary-blend total instead.
It's a genuinely small amount — 20% of the adult Daily Value. On its own, chromium research is mixed on meaningful weight-related outcomes at typical supplemental doses, so this one disclosed number isn't necessarily the formula's most important ingredient just because it's the only one you can verify precisely.
Full disclosure of one ingredient doesn't make the other 21 untrustworthy, but it does mean you're taking the brand's word on relative amounts within that 15.47mg blend rather than checking it yourself.
